Valencia master reservations
To reserve a community amenity, log in to your Connect Resident Portal and select Amenities from the main dashboard. Choose your desired location and submit your request for your preferred date.
Once approved, you will receive an email with the required application. The completed application, payment, and certificate of insurance must be submitted within four (4) days to secure your reservation.
Confluence park lounge
Confluence Park Lounge and associated green belts and patio. This does not include reservations for the pool area or Garden Home.

verve park community building
Verve Park Community Building and associated green belts and terraces. This does not include reservations for the amphitheater, gym area or playground.
