Civil Code permits the Association to provide general notices to the membership which are posted online on the Digital Bulletin Board and the Resident Website. Minutes are available to residents once they have been signed by the Board of Directors. Please log in to your Resident Portal to view more.

Valencia Board of Directors Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday every other month unless otherwise noted. Homeowners are welcome to join the Open Session Board Meetings.

Special Open Session is scheduled for Tuesday, April 14th at 2:30 PM.

The Next Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for May 19th, 2026.
