Key fobs offer residents access to all Valencia Master amenities including the pools, spa, firepits, restrooms, BBQ areas, and other common facilities.

Key fobs are available to those who own or rent a home in the Valencia Master Community Association.

If you are the first owner of your home, you are entitled to two (2) complimentary key fobs after closing escrow.

Email Lifestyle Coordinator with your address and close of escrow date to schedule an appointment for pick up.

To receive key fobs after closing escrow, bring:
• Valid photo ID
• Settlement statement, title deed, or recorded grant deed
(Needed whether complimentary or purchasing replacements.)

There is a maximum of two (2) key fobs per household. If a fob is lost, stolen, or damaged, you may purchase a replacement for $50.00 each (non-refundable).

If previous owners did not transfer key fobs to you, you may schedule an appointment with the Lifestyle Coordinator to purchase replacement fobs with required documentation.

Homeowners are required to register all tenants/renters with Valencia Master and complete the Key Fob Request Form, including copies of IDs and the lease agreement, before meeting the Lifestyle Coordinator.
