You can access HODA by texting “Hey HODA” to 1-866-377-0779 or by using the web chat feature through your resident portal. Once connected, simply send your question and receive an immediate response.

HODA is available 24/7 in multiple languages, giving residents instant support without needing to call or email management - while still allowing traditional communication channels when needed.

If HODA doesn’t have enough information to answer a question, it will automatically submit a support request to onsite staff or FirstService Residential’s Resident Support Services team to follow up.
