Valencia Master assessments

  • HOA assessments are monthly fees collected from homeowners to cover the operating expenses of common areas and services, as well as contributions to reserve funds for future maintenance and replacement of community facilities such as landscaping, irrigation, lighting, pools, buildings, and other common amenities.

  • Once your escrow company submits closing paperwork to FirstService Residential, your name will be added to the account and a statement will be mailed to your billing address. This process typically takes four to six weeks after escrow closes.

  • Monthly assessments are due on the 1st of each month, and are considered late if not received by the 15th of the month.

  • You can set up automatic monthly payments at no extra cost through the association’s ACH electronic payment system via FirstService Residential ClickPay, ensuring your assessments are paid on time each month.

  • E-Statements let you securely view your monthly assessment records online (up to 18 months) and receive email notifications when new statements are available. They also reduce paper waste and help protect your personal account information.
