4/13/2026 - Confluence Park Pool is now closed for warranty and reserve deck repairs

3/20/2026 - Confluence Park Pool Closure - Please note that warranty and reserve deck repairs are scheduled to take place beginning April 13th and are scheduled to last approximately 3 weeks. During that time, there will be no resident pool access to the facility

3/20/2026 - Planting along the Phase 1 parkways will begin March 30, with mulch to follow as we continue refreshing and beautifying the area

3/20/2026 - The pool umbrellas at Confluence Park Pools have been put out for the season and are ready for residents to enjoy. To help keep them in good condition and prevent wind damage, please remember to close the umbrellas after use

3/20/2026 - New pool furniture is arriving at Confluence Park Pool! Some of the furniture currently in place will be available for homeowners to pick up on a first-come, first-serve basis if you are interested.

• Thursday, March 26 - Delivery of new furniture beginning at 10:30 AM

• Pick-up window for available furniture will be from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM

• Small parking lot on Middleton – please use Ramblewood parking lot for pool use

3/20/2026 - New signs are designed to redirect pedestrian traffic to the concrete walkways and keep pedestrians from walking through the landscaping causing damage to plant material.

3/16/2026 - The Confluence Pare Pools are now open for use!
